Markah is a platform for creating and publishing brand guidelines. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You retain full ownership of everything you upload and create - logos, images, text, and brand systems. You grant us only the rights needed to store it and serve it at your published URLs. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload (e.g. licensed fonts and client logos).
Don't use Markah to host illegal content, infringe trademarks or copyrights, distribute malware, or impersonate others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal - access continues to the end of the paid period. If you downgrade to Free with more than one project, existing projects stay live but you can't create new ones.
AI-generated descriptions are suggestions. Review them before publishing - you are responsible for the final content of your guidelines.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
